A drawing program designed around creating comics. Includes many features seen in other drawing programs - pens, brushes, pencils, layers, pallettes - with some features targeted towards comics, e.g., word balloons, perspective rulers, panel frames and storyboards. New to version 5 are better coloring and pose-able 3D models of humans and various objects. Unlike earlier version, the stylus reacts to pressure and switches between "stylus" and "eraser" on a tablet.

What works

All main features including: installation (including installation of materials), basic drawing, stylus pressure for graphics tablets (after a fashion). Tested with a Wacom 12wx.

What does not

Stylus seems to lose focus (screen cursor jitters between cursor icons) when you go off screen or press a key, including the ones on the tablet itself. Workaround: move the mouse (not the stylus) out of the window and back in, then switch back to the stylus. 64-bit. It must be installed in a 32-bit only environment; otherwise, it installs the 64-bit version which does not run at all.
