By pointing the Wine Windows Program Loader at the AUTORUN.EXE the installer can be made to work.
What does not
The autorun of the CD did not work automatically. However, I could run it by going to /AUTORUN on the CD,right-clicking on AUTORUN.EXE and choosing 'Open With' and 'Wine Windows Program Loader'.
The program will not run directly; it just does nothing. It can be run by running the Lotus Organizer Easyclip, then right-clicking on the EasyClip to get its menu option to start Lotus Organizer.
What was not tested
The Lotus Organizer was taken from the SmartSuite Millennium Edition CD, sub-titled 'release 9', which also had WordPro, Approach and other things. Fresh installation of Wine. Mono was not installed. Gecko was not installed.
