Using XBox 360 controller emulator http://code.google.com/p/x360ce/ and a gamepad with two analog sticks is highly recommended. GUI configurator for this dll requires .NET (don't remember version, it's either 2.0 or 3.5) but you can also edit x360ce.ini manually Older version (x360ce vibmod) works better with this game, also with Sega games like NiGHTS into Dreams and Jet Set Radio.
