Additional Comments
You need crypt32 (from winetricks) to make the UPlay works (thats necessary to run the game). You need d3dx9 (from winetricks) to run the game, without the game just close right after opens. For me the game freeze every time that i've pressed any key, to solve this problem it was necessary to disable the gameoverlayrenderer dll in winecfg. The game crash if the folder "C:\Users\\Saved Games\Assassin's Creed Brotherhood\Saved" doesnt exists. It's not a Wine bug (http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1912917), if your game crash at start, check this folder and create it if necessary. The PunkBuster installer doesn't work, it crash at start, but the game run without it. Besides that, the only patchs that i need to do is for steam to work on wine. I've also installed vcrun, corefonts and msxml but it isn't necessary, this just make things flow better. It's recomended to install the last version of Uplay from http://uplay.ubi.com before run the game.
