What works

Everything works include publish and plot. 99.5% of functions work.

What does not

There are small issues like mouse selection arrow box don't display well, marquee needs GDIplus to work. When resizing the drawing window it will go to the wrong direction.

Workarounds

What was not tested

Teamwork. It needs an installed BIM server on a windows machine, so we haven't tested it yet.

Additional Comments

We tested Archicad 14, 15 and 16 with Wine from 1.4.1 to 1.5.25. The Wine 1.4.1 is the best to install Archicad with. The Wine 1.4.1 can't display the symbol preview. The DIB engine in Wine 1.5.1 were improved so the symbol works. With Wine 1.5.12 the program works ok and fast. With Wine 1.5.13 it is slower a little bit, even from Autocad test the zoom in and out we can see the different speed. With Wine 1.5.15, the feature named "Full support for layered windows" makes the start up screen works, before it's have black edge. but from wine 1.5.15 version, in 3d window, the selection object high light preview don't work, which is very important in 3d selection, hope this can be fixed soon.
