The last official patch is 1.11 but since the game is now unsupported, there have been several community patches released for the game to fix various issues. One of the more popular ones is the 1.30 patch entitled "Last Hope".

What works
Everything runs beautifully. Full speed, no graphic or sound problems. Mouse functions perfectly in a Emulated Desktop window and in Fullscreen. Changing settings (including video modes and graphic settings) worked without problem in-game. Playing the single player tutorials and multiplayer worked fine.

I was using the latest official release v1.11, with no mods or unofficial patches installed. I also was using a clean installation of Wine, no winetricks or anything needed to play.
