What does not
Nothing that I can see.
Phew. Had to follow steps as directed by siyia's report, but had gstreamer issues that were causing crashes. Before following the steps, it turns out I was missing some gstreamer plugins for application/x-id3 and video/mpeg issues, that Vic2 required.
1) "sudo dnf install gstreamer1-plugins-*.i686". Some conflicts can occur with installing lash.i686, that have to be resolved, "sudo dnf remove lash.x86_64", if you can. I had to resort to "rpm -e lash --nodeps", to get the i686 version in, but make sure you aren't breaking any important dependencies.
Then, steps similar to before, as from siyia:
2) Created a dedicated win32 prefix.
3) winetricks dotnet20
4) Use DXSETUP from the the dx folder.
5) Use the vcredist in the Vic2 folder.
6) Install\run the game

Use a 32-bit prefix for the game, or else the launcher wont work no matter what.
