What works
Installation
Starting the game
Playing the game (ish)
What does not
I couldn't originally get sound to work, but with the right commands I got the xaudio dll to be used.
Lights in the game, they are visible through several walls sometimes.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Extended gameplay.
Hardware tested
Graphics:
Additional Comments
I disabled physx in game options, not sure if it helped. The gameplay was fairly smooth, the lights would be annoying in many places to downright unplayable in others. Since I got the sound working I'm plugging for silver.

export __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=0
export __GL_SYNC_TO_VBLANK=0
export __GL_YIELD="NOTHING"
prior to starting the game. However, it still crashes with the
err:d3d:wined3d_debug_callback 0x17918d10: "GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY error generated. Failed to map buffer.".
error message. What am I doing wrong?

export __GL_YIELD="NOTHING"
Important seems to be the "export __GL_THREADED_OPTIMIZATIONS=0" set to zero. Then graphics errors are gone.

This is very simple !
copy XAudio2_7.dll to WINEPREFIX/drive_c/windows/system32
and change to the directory WINEPREFIX/drive_c/windows/system32
and now run
regsvr32 /i XAudio2_7.dll
That's all

Interesting, cool. I'll test this out later (I was wondering if there was more then that one dll tbh)
Cheers dude!

the game crashes too often!
You do not need to install DirectX completely.
These three files are enough
d3dx9_36.dll
dinput8.dll
XAudio2_7.dll
Bronze status should be enough.
