What works

The Active Warnings, Storm Attributes, and VWP windows open and work perfectly. They update and you can double click and get detailed information in a new window.

Changing weather station sites works. Able to load and unload placefiles and radar color schemes.

What does not

Radar does not show up. Shows as a black screen. I suspect this has something to do with DirectX capabilities being limited. I used MS d3dx9_36.dll winetrick.
