Run the game with: WINEDEBUG=fixme-all,err-all,warn+heap,trace-all ./ck2.exe (actually it's only warn+heap that makes the game work, but the others usually speed up games with fixme and trace spam) Work-around effective on all versions 1.06b - 1.103.
