The latest beta version, 3.54 beta 4, has alot better library system to 3.53, and has an improved chat client meaning alot less disconnects.
Everything important: connecting as primary or secondary, searching, uploading, downloading, chatting etc...
What does not
Minor windows issues: secondary windows like search, whois etc. do not move to the front by clicking the corresponding buttons in WinMX. Every now and then, the WinMX window may vanish from your destop - if this happens, use the "Reset All Windows" Function on WinMX's gnome panel icon to make it reappear.
What was not tested
Use the oledlg.dll from www.winmxworld.com to enable the community patch and make WinMX useable, same as you would have to do under Windows. MXMonitor 1.28eb works flawlessly as well.
