What does not
No functional flaws were found, but the program does suffer from a lot of raster issues. Occasionally blank regions, poorly rendered text, and icons and elements that seem crude and/or disporportional. My terminal typically reports a variety of "fixme" entries for the PngDecoder, so that may be the heart of the problem. Also, probably more of an issue with the new Mac Driver, but the environmental elements tend to be a mix of traditional windows elements, Mac elements, and elements I would most identify with the CDE look. Certainly not a problem per se, but a little visually jarring.
What was not tested
I was required to use winetricks for a succesful install, following the instructions found in the listing for the "Rental Property Manager" package of the 2013 version. It was still a relatively painless process and has been fairly solid since. Under the new Mac driver the program works fine without an emulated desktop, though it still occassionally exhibits some (non-fatal) crankiness when switching between desktops.
