The game installs and runs with a default Wine + Steam install (after disabling dwrite.dll and the in-game Steam overlay as usual). I watched the intro video and played a number of maps. The frame rate at 1920x1080 is quite good on my laptop's GTX660M graphics (Nvidia driver version was 340.65). I did experience a crash half-way through the main intro video on my first run, but have not been able to reproduce it.
What does not
The configuration utility, which apparently requires installing dotnet40 (which I didn't try). Note that you can download settings.xml from https://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=45388 and edit it to your liking, and then save it as My Documents/SART/settings.xml in your prefix user directory. Hence the configuration utility isn't really important anyway.
What was not tested
I did not test any multi-player options.
In case it matters, I always had winecfg set to Windows 7 for the prefix I used. The prefix was also 64-bit. Wine was built using the 1.7.33 tag without any patches. I also had some other games installed in the same prefix, although the prefix was free from hacks or DLL overrides, so I doubt those had any impact on the game working.
