What does not
Minimizing a TreePad window, or trying to switch it between workspaces, can make it disappear. The instance is still running - just not visible. When that happens, I just kill the process. This has only been a nuisance level problem, at worst. I've not lost any data as a result, possibly due to autosave. It is also infrequent - or perhaps I just don't push it in that direction any more!
