What works

 In order to communicate with a serial PIM, you will need to symlink /dev/ttyS0 (or whichever serial port it is) into  ${WINEPREFIX}/dosdevices/com1  

 After that is done, everything I've tested works.

  • Load a UPB network,
  • browse it
  • view devices
  • Do all Serial PIM related actions
    • Verify network
    • Verify device
    • Replace device

What does not

There are some minor redraw issues of the main treeview on the left, as well as some of the menu icons.
