What works
Installation of the Game and UPlay on Windows version of Steam.
Activate the product Key delivered from Steam on the Uplay Client.
Playing the Game.
Activate the Additional DLC keys inside the Game's menu itself (Requires an active Internet connection, and the UPlay running on online mode.)
What does not
Using the standard Wine, the game is a little choppy, and problem prone to run.
The DirectX 9 mode may require to override some libraries by running winetricks with d3d9x option.
Once fixed, the game is playable.
Workarounds
The fastest way to avoid overrides on this game is to install DXVK, that enables the game to run on DirectX 11.

Instead to install d3dx9 overrides, if you install DXVK, the game starts on DirectX 11 mode and runs without major flaws, and it's much more stable.
