What works

Everything

Installing, running, all levels, all weapons.  I played for 300 hours, on max graphics, all the way up to the level cap, played all the additional levels (halloween, diamond and transport/train) and respecced into every class.  Everything in the game works.  

What does not

Rare disconnects and crashes, same as windows.

I had some annoying initial problems:

If you're having connection issues, try port forwarding or temporarily placing your PC in the DMZ.

Graphics intensive DE's can also cause issues, sometimes causing crashes associated with some special effects like smoke.  Switching from Gnome 3 to Gnome classic helped.
