Before installing kayako, create a win32 wineprefix, and install the following winetricks packages: ie8, gdiplus, vcrun2008 I performed my installation from the command line using the following commands: WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-kayako winecfg env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-kayako winetricks ie8 env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-kayako winetricks gdiplus env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-kayako winetricks vcrun2008 env WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=~/.wine-kayako wine ~/Downloads/KayakoDesktop_220.127.116.113-STABLE.exe --- NOTE: Kayako Desktop does present an error message whenever I launch it. However, it does not actually close the program, and it appears to otherwise work normally through testing. Marked Silver instead of Gold due to the error on launch, and the lag/delay issues.
