The game has no issues in terms of running and playing it in any mode (including the multiplayer mode). However, there are things that can make your overall gaming experience very unpleasant.
What does not
There are quite a few severe issues with the in-game graphics. Some of them can be solved by adjusting certain in-game options.
Even with all these options adjusted, most of the game's textures appear to be too dim and burned-out, sometimes turning white depending on the angle.
Attempting to enable the official D-Day DLC to use in the game sometimes leads to no results. The DLC gets randomly disabled and enabled upon restarting the game.
What was not tested
Iron Front appears to have exactly the same issues as ARMA II, since they share one engine. Enabling StrictDrawOrdering in winecfg, as recommended by some ARMA II players, either made no change or had unnoticeable effects on the graphics.
