Installs like a charm.
Use wine msiexec /i wowuides_{version}.msi to install.

All! Install works, but than the whole Tool cannot be used.
The Application starts, and crashed after a short time.

WoW UI Designer uses .NET Framework 2 with native calls (USER32.DLL and co.) so you forced to use Wine, I also tested with Mono 2.X and 4.X Instant crash! >:(
