What works
Qlock works perfectly if you live in London.
Other than that it takes the system time and re-adds the time zone
What does not
Qlock always treats the system time as UTC.
I thought it may be the real time clock so I change that, with RTC at UTC or UTC -10 EST Australia Qlock would still add the -10
Also dragging the widows doesn't do anything but make noise.
Workarounds
What was not tested
Nothing I can think of.
Hardware tested

Additional Comments
Need to find out how Qlock gets its time and time zone. I sent an email to the makers of Qlock but looks like they haven't done anything as of 2012
