A very well done Unity 1st person shooter. It came to Android and Apple mobile and tablet, and now is offered for play on Facebook and on the PC and Mac.
Shadowgun Deadzone offers very fun multiplayer deathmatch arenas and also team zone control.
It is free to play and they support themselves through sale of in game features, though buying items in game does not give the purchaser any advantage as far as weaponry or stats as everyone has access to the same weapons, buffs, and upgrades and even coins through a slot with one free chip given a day.
In game play, item purchases with gold.
What does not
Purchasing gold from in game doesn't appear to do anything even if Firefox is installed.
What was not tested
Use winetricks to install d3dx9_36. There might be some graphical errors if this is not done. The problem with it not connecting to the matches is that it is trying to create and read files from Z:\ which is your mounted root (/) partition. To get the game to work, use winecfg and remove everything besides the c_drive (C:\) and then install and run the game. When running wine on a program in the future, you will need to move the executable to ~./.wine/c_drive, unless you want to re-enable the z:\ drive again, because that is how wine can run programs out side of .wine sub-directory. It works great after that, though, you can not have Z:\ drive enabled ever while playing the game. I am not sure why it tries to create files to the wrong drive and then read them.
