Sound requires change in 'rgl_config.txt' use_winmm_audio = 1 Multiplayer also: use_secure_connection = 0 Mouse bug as in previous Mount & Blade, can be easily fixed with alternative dinput.dll.so. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=6971 windows users in the game developers forum report similar texture bugs as seen here. i do not experience those bugs under windows, on the same machine however. this could indicate a problem with the NVIDIA driver's version.

Low FPS Solution

If you're getting low FPS with Warband, try the following: Enable single threading. Open the "~/.wine/drive_c/users/your_user_name/My Documents/Mount&Blade Warband/rgl_config.txt" (change the path to reflect your Warband installation) configuration file and set "force_single_threading" attribute to 1.
