What works
Program requires installation of Mono. After Mono installation, program will open....but.
What does not
Program will not recognize USB Comm Port - which on my machine is mapped to com1. Also tried mapping it to other com numbers and upper case "COM1" but nothing worked. All these configurations worked with my python program and communicated correctly with the TS-590.

RS-232 because I can't find a serial cable.
