Everything, including FMVs and shading (using dgVoodoo2+DXVK as a workaround).
What does not
Unless the workaround is used, everything looks too bright and not shaded correctly.
To work around the shading/brightness issues, dgVoodoo2 and DXVK must be used. Vulkan support is required.
Extract dgVoodoo2_55_3.zip/MS/*.dll, dgVoodoo2_55_3.zip/dgVoodoo*, and dxvk-0.72.tar.gz/dxvk-0.72/x32/*.dll to the game's folder (drive_c/Program Files (x86)/GOG.com/Tomb Raider 4-5/Tomb Raider 4)
Run dgVoodooCpl.exe if you want to change some settings.
If you can't click on the game setup window, move the main game window. Also run the game setup manually if you ran the game before installing dgVoodoo2.
What was not tested
Finishing the game.
