In some rare cases the fonts may have display issues such as letters that clip inside each other, and quotes would look like backticks. This is due to fonts on the English patch occasionally failing to install, which is not a wine specific issue. Special thank you to Alex in the comments for noticing and sharing this issue. If this happens, manually install the font by copying the Grisaia font to C:\Windows\Fonts in wine directory.
