Nothing, Games crashes during start.
What does not
Steam shell output:
What was not tested
No known workarounds. The workaround by copying the Launcher.exe from drive_c/users/anolting/Local Settings/Application Data/Warframe/ does not work as my installation does not show a Downloaded folder below.
A quick test with wine-staging 3.14 show the assertion error mentioned before. See "What does not work"
When started using the new steam play beta (including DXVK), the wine version 3.7 seem to be used.

Windows version: Windows XP
staging: Enable CSMT, Enable VAAPI, Enable EAX
Launcher: Enable only: Bulk Download, Aggressive Download, (and Launcher GPU acceleration if you want it)
In Game: Disable adaptive exposure as it doesn't work properly and keeps making the area dark and light in a loop, and disable motion blur as it can sometimes cause stutters and/or freezes.
Wine version: wine-staging 2.1 on Arch Linux via standard pacman -S wine-staging (not aur)
Currently, the Launcher will not properly update itself, and will instead download the new launcher, close itself, relaunch itself, and repeat.
How to solve that is to go into the Steam/steamapps/common/Warframe/Tools/ folder, and replace "Launcher.exe" with "Launcher.exe.cpy".
A single command to do that would be "mv Launcher.exe.cpy Launcher.exe".
The note below this one doesn't need to be followed.
