This was tested in 64 bit. Requires vcrun2015 to be able to get in game. Requires CMST to be enabled to change resolution while in game.

Launcher: Enable only: Bulk Download, Aggressive Download, (and Launcher GPU acceleration if you want it)
In Game: Disable adaptive exposure as it doesn't work properly and keeps making the area dark and light in a loop, and disable motion blur as it can sometimes cause stutters and/or freezes.
Wine version: wine-staging 2.1 on Arch Linux via standard pacman -S wine-staging (not aur)
Currently, the Launcher will not properly update itself, and will instead download the new launcher, close itself, relaunch itself, and repeat.
How to solve that is to go into the Steam/steamapps/common/Warframe/Tools/ folder, and replace "Launcher.exe" with "Launcher.exe.cpy".
A single command to do that would be "mv Launcher.exe.cpy Launcher.exe".
