Changing CDs. It might just be my computer but when it asks for disk 2, it doesn't recognize when I have put in the next cd.
The sound doesn't always work, but I have had problems with sound in all my WINE games.

I have tried making ISO from the original CD's that I have, and I have tried making one big ISO of the CD's, but they always ask for a CD to be inserted. The only way I have gotten it to kind of run is to use the original CD's, but like stated above it won't accept CD 2 when I change them.
