Everything I tested so far - Budgeting, Reports, Reconciling.
Also the sync with the sync with the Linux Dropbox, after following a post in their forums.

Follow the following steps to get it to work with Dropbox for Linux: 1. Install Drop Box For Linux. 2. Set up Drop Box including creating an account and setting up the folder. (I used default location) 3. Install Wine. 4. Install YNAB4 using Wine. 5. Create the following directory: '/home/USER/.wine/drive_c/users/USER/Application Data/Dropbox' Where USER is your Linux username. I had a PM asking how to know what your USER is? - I type "ls /home" in the terminal window with out the quotes. **One thing that tripped me up a little is that if your navigating the windows it really just looks like the directory is /home/.wine/drive_c/users/USER/Application Data/Dropbox. 6. Create a file in the above folder called Host.db 7. Add this text to your file: 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000 QzpcRHJvcGJveA== ^^ this says C:\Dropbox 8. Run this code to create that symlink: ln -s /home/USER/Dropbox /home/USER/.wine/drive_c/Dropbox Where USER is your Linux User Name. Now it should find your Account without Problems.

The preferred way:
I have Dropbox for Linux installed. Instead of futzing with getting it to think I had Dropbox installed in "windows", I just told YNAB to store its Local Budgets in C:\users\MYUSER\My Documents\Dropbox\YNAB. My Documents is conveniently a sym-link to /home/MYUSER and my Dropbox folder is /home/MYUSER/Dropbox. Works like a charm. Tested with the iOS mobile app.
Sometime it happens that YNAB comes up only with a black screen. It seems that your graphics card doesn't support fully OpenGL - you will need to disable it like this:
env LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE=1 WINEPREFIX="/home/USERNAME/.wine_YNAB4" wine C:\\Program\ Files\\YNAB\ 4\\YNAB\ 4.exe
