What was not tested
Bug #4888 seems to still be in effect. http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4888 It describes perfectly the "unusual slowness" this app shows in the visual department. Moving the mouse constantly over the Reason application window will update its graphics. This turns the application from a "Bronze" piece of unusuable software to "Gold".
