Browsing message boards into the embedded IE (Gecko) frame seems to be broken (only a empty page loads), but opening them on a external browser (say, Firefox), works.

Additional Comments
No need to run with a Japanese locale, but you still need a Japanese font to display everything properly. I'm using a mix of VLGothic and Droid Sans Japanese. Some SystemLink font regedit-fu might be required to achieve perfection.
