What works
Almost everything (sort of...keep reading). I've given this program a bronze rating because that is the correct rating according to the maintainer definitions.
To get it to work, I had to several dll overriddes on a CLEAN wine prefix.
dotnet40
dxfullsetup
ffdshow (seems to stop the program from crashing on online fights for some reason)
vcrun2005/2008/2010 (all)
Needed to be ALL installed though the winetricks script. After that, the program would start...but I would see nothing but a black screen. Some of the graphics settings seem to cause this bug - to work around this, I had change the settings in wineprefix/Steam/drive_c/users/venom/Application Data/Injustice/options.ini to...

THEN I had to plug in a controller (wine seems to not capture input from the keyboard in some cases), and I was able to play the game normally. The game seems to randomly crash (it seems to be caused by loading a texture or rendering something), but it's very playable.
I DID play online; yes, it does work. No, it doesn't work well; however this is no fault of wine. The online (public multiplayer) doesn't work well, even in windows. It takes forever to find an match, and there are a ton of problems with latency issues.

What was not tested
I didn't complete the ENTIRE story, play every character, or use every graphical setting. I also wasn't able to play every online setting due to the lack of people online during the past few days.

Additional Comments
I have a rather nice setup, so I would not be surprised if that is the reason why it plays so well. AMD 8350 8 GB 1333 MHZ Ram 7200 RPM Hard Drive Nvidia 760 (NOTE: I could not get the game to work without the UseGLSL = disabled registry key being applied). I've went though every game mode and gameplay seems sound (aside from the random crashes).
