LabChart 7 series uses Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 and VC++ 2008. You cannot run this using wine-mono. You will need to install the following packages with winetricks:
dotnet35sp1 wmp9 wmp10 vcrun2008
If you get errors opening the program you may also need to install the package windowcodecs.
