A fix is needed to enable save games:

mkdir -p $WINEPREFIX/drive_c/users/YOURUSERNAME/AppData/LocalLow/

Minor graphical glitches here and there - maybe game's fault. Sometimes character are visible from behind the doors and other objects, sometimes shadows flicker, etc - nothing major.
