To get the installer to work: 1) Extract the temporary files by running the installer on windows. This will create a temporary folder that will be subsequently copied to your wine prefix environment. 2) Where $USER is your user name, from windows copy "c:\Users\$USER\Application Data\Portalarium" (in windows7, this would actually be "c:\Users\$USER\AppData\Roaming\Portalarium") to to your wine host machine. Put the Portalarium folder in "c:\users\$USER\Application Data" inside your wine prefix. 3) Run the installer in wine e.g. with the command: wine ~/SotAInstaller.exe NOTE: During installation, you will need to write the full installation path e.g. "c:\sota" otherwise, the installer will install the game to the directory where SotAInstaller.exe resides.
