Game installed into new clear wineprefix. Steam and vcrun6 installed into prefix via winetricks. Game work fine with enabled virtual desktop emulation. No problems at all. Without virtual desktop emulation game have some issues: - Font problems on high resolution (like 1920x1080) - Screen resolution switching at in-game preferencies don't work, that crash game. So, you need manually edit My Documents/My Games/Kings Bounty Warriors of the North/game.ini - Problems with unit's textures and models. Some of them are "invisible". You don't see any unit at some place, but when you move cursor to this place cursor will be highlighted because at this place staying some NPC. So, you need enable virtual desktop emulation in winecfg. That will fix all bugs/issues. Distro: Mageia 3 32-bit Kernel: 3.8.13 PAE Wine 1.7.8 CPU: Intel Core2Duo E7600 @ 3.068GHz RAM: 4 Gb GPU: Nvidia GeForce GT 240 Nvidia proprietary driver version 319.17 DE: LXDE WM: OpenBox Resolution: 1920x1080 (size of virtual desktop 1280x1024)
