This Workaround DOESNT work : start Steam, then start BattlEye service using the TaskManager -> new Task -> C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\DayZ\BattlEye\BEService.exe

- Setting 'mouseSmoothing=0;' int the user.DayZProfile file helps a lot!
- If you wonder why your torch is pointing slightly to the left of you r char, press 'space' ;-).
2017-01-04 Admin note: BattleEye fails to start. See bug list. One can get around this by renaming DayZ.exe as DayZ_BE.exe. However, the the game will crash shortly after loading. If it doesn't crash, then one may not find a non-BattleEye server on which to play.
