Uplay version (no Steam). Tested with 32bit winearch and WinXP as reported OS (huge problems with Uplay when non-XP or 64bit)
SCBL wouldn't launch with proprietary 390 nvidia driver (page fault), launched with nouveau, slowly. Launches and works very well with short-lived 396.51 from the graphics PPA.
directx9 overrides removed (builtin), xaudio2_7 native.
I Recommend disabling steam and Uplay overlays. Also Settings -> Universal Access -> Key repeat Off, otherwise Sam keeps on runnin'.
