What does not
To summarize all the problems and resolutions:
ntlm_auth and /usr/lib/i386-linux-gnu/pkcs11/gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so was missing
missing dlls = QtSvg4, MFC42, mscms
ntlm_auth was a `sudo apt-get install winbind` away
gnome-keyring-pkcs11.so involved following vaab's answer on Ask Ubuntu.
As this answer describes, move the missing dlls to your .wine/drive_c/system32 directory
QtSvg4 was found through searching http://www.dll-files.com/
MFC42 was found in the winetricks script: after selecting your prefix, click install dlls, and select mfc42.
mscms was also found through searching dll-files.com, but also required libwine-cms to be installed via sudo apt-get
What was not tested
Able to login. Able to play Zone Poker. Everything displays properly. Other features not used yet, but no error messages show up other than typical "fixme:" generated by Flash from clicking around. Everything works.
