What works
Skill plan management, blank character creation
What does not
The application is unable to connect to ESI, causing an HttpException.
Workarounds
To read EMP files (skill plans) etc. you need to create a new
character using the blank character creator. Obviously this character
only has default skills but you can view skillplans, mess around with
attributes and implants, and use all other functionalities of the
skillplan viewer.
For the program to run correctly you must install .NET Framework
4.6.1 and MS corefonts. This is easy enough to do from winetricks:
winetricks dotnet461 corefonts
What was not tested
Anything that would require a connection to the EVE Swagger Interface (e.g. Planetary Interaction, Contracts, etc.)

Note: Installation done under Ubuntu 20.04's wine 5.0, but failures continue in 5.16 from develop repository.
winetricks dotnet461
does not work since 5.12 apparently.
