Creating new character, intro video, single-player gameplay, doing missions, getting weapons, pretty much everything that one would do to play the game, and Steam cloud syncing.

Installed steam, disabled dwrite in winecfg. Installed BL2 from steam, launched it once so steam would install some of the dependencies. Then did winetricks d3dx9 d3dx10 vcrun2010 physx d3dx11_43 d3dx9_43 dotnet40 vcrun2008 xact (as mentioned in the page for BL2 1.0). Running with all graphics settings on max with a GTX 680. Haven't checked framerates yet, there's no lag.
