What works
Blender v2.63-v2.66 works fine with numeric keyboard: keys take effect both view change in "3D-view" and numbers input in "Properties" vindows.
What does not
Starting with version 2.67, the numeric keypad can only switch 3D-view directions.

Please, add this comment, it is important for those who work in Debian Wheezy (native version of Blender is 2.63) and needs to be identical to the version of Blender in Windows.
