What works
The game itself works perfectly in fullscreen 1080p when running Age of Empires 3: The Asian Dynasties or age3y.exe.
Performance is very good.
What does not
Running vanilla Age of Empires 3 as it requires CD Key Verification. If you run the Asian Dynasties expansion it will launch flawlessly (Asian Dynasties allows you to play vanilla and warchief expansions anyway)

Have CSMT Enabled Windows XP Mode Steam will need to be working in Wine but it will install all that is needed to run the game Specs: Intel Core i5 nVidia GeForce 940m 8gb Ram Latest nVidia Drivers (from nVidia PPAs) Elementary OS Freya
