The alt key for use the lantern sometimes blocks the turn mouse but solves with a shot,you can also change the lantern to another key.
The game have small stops in many scenes but are almost negligible, the game works great.

For install the game you need install vcrun6sp6 with winetricks because the isskin.dll is required. The game works great to full graphics and the frames are great.
