This applies to the *32-bit* version of Photoshop CC 14 ONLY. Wine was set to Windows 7 OS in this installation. Used these additional packages: atmlib.dll corefonts FontsSmoothRGB gdiplus msxml3 msxml6 tahoma tahoma2 vcrun2010 vcrun2012 vcrun2013 If these steps fail for you, try doing them with PlayonLinux, the installer may still fail but PoL will finish the installer anyway, watch your disk activity light to know when to hit "Close".

Installation aborted

I tried with every library and plugin I could, but I can't get Photoshop CC to be installed.

Photoshop CC works well after installing:

winetricks atmlib gdiplus msxml3 msxml6 vcrun2005 vcrun2005sp1 vcrun2008 ie6 fontsmooth-rgb gecko

One thing, i had to turn off "Use graphics processor" because of nvidia drivers couldn't properly redraw when you work with layers or zooming in/out.

Same here on wine 1.7.43.

I'm still having a problem with some tools though, namely the spot healing tool brush not always being able to draw a continuous line. It looks as if Photoshop "loses" mouse focus for a second. Sometimes it works, sometimes you just get a single spot.

Crash when using Photomerge and when processing HDR

Photoshop could open, but when I try to use Photomerge or process HDR, Photoshop will crash

Using Arch Linux (64 bit) with Wine 1.7.26 (32 bit)

Error Upon Launching Photoshop.exe

Photoshop.exe loads with the Splash screen, and I was able to activate it, but once the main interface loads, it crashes saying that the program has encountered a serious problem and needs to close.

Using Ubuntu 14.04 with wine 1.7.24
