Resident Evil 6

What works

- Gameplay

- Mouse

- Keyboard mapping

- Alt + TAB, works great.

- Multiplayer - I tried open and private matches - works fine, except you need to accept invitation through alt+tab and not from steam overlay (its disabled I think). Glitches and disconnects also was not experienced.

Overall its feels like native port, everything works great.

What does not

Cutscenes will not work until I install Windows Media Player 10 (wmp10)

The game slows down a bit in loading screens

I don't know if its mandatory or not, but before playing I make changes in config.ini (personally I recommend at least check this file) Full path to it - drive_c/users/*username*/Me Documents/CAPCOM/RESIDENT EVIL 6/config.ini and change this: JobThread=4 (default was 7) RenderingThread=OFF (default was ON) In my case JobThread was already equals 3, maybe its depend on system. In addition you can make some change in settings, like resolution if you need specific number. I also install wmp 10, without it the game will not show you cutscenes starting the first one after company logo. My specs: Intel Core i5 6500 16Gb DDR4 RAM MSI GeForce GTX 1050Ti 4Gb

WARNING! FIRST YOU NEED TO INSTALL PREVIOUS WMP VERSIONS WHICH ARE: WMP9 AND WMP10.

• This installer is self extracting archive so you can extract it by any software. 

1. Extract it where you want.
2. Install wmfdist11.exe.
3. Kill all processes in Wine.
4. Install wmp11.exe.
