What works

- full singleplayer

What does not

 - when you fail a mission, resuming from last checkpoint will crash the game. Exit and continue instead. 

(- mouse)

 you cant turn around 360 degrees, but maybe around 320... havent seen this bug for a long time and was not able to solve the problem completely. Possible work around: Pause the game with Esc, move mouse from to corner back to the center of the screen and continue playing, or set mousewarpoverride to force, but this will break mouse use in menus.

If anyone finds out a better solution let me know in the comments :-)

How to get it running: - install wine 1.7.14 and a clean prefix - winetricks d3dx9_36 d3dx9_43 d3dcompile_36 xact crypt32 - open wine regedit and apply these changes: To make Steam work: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\AppDefaults\Steam.exe\DllOverrides\] - create new value dwrite, leave it empty. To prevent Steam from installing redistributables: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Valve\Steam\Apps\212630] - create new dword directx, set to 1. - create new dword vs2008redist, set to 1. To make Uplay work: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\AppDefaults\Uplay.exe\DllOverrides] - create new value crypt32, set to native. To make Game itself work: [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\AppDefaults\Future Soldier DX9.exe\DllOverrides] - create new value d3dcompiler_43, set to native. - create new value d3dx9_36, set to native. - create new value d3dx9_43, set to native. - create new value xapofx1_1, set to native. - install steam, download game, disable steam game overlay, run game. Punkbstr and Uplay will install automatically (probably you will have to disable uplay game overlay as well.) -everything should work, except mouse bug!
