No winetricks overrides were required for full functionality -- not sure when that happened, but I tried out a clean prefix recently and it worked perfectly.
What does not
There are some texture glitches in certain rooms, which cause textures to appear black and unlit -- difficult to navigate.

64-bit client, DirectX 11, Nvidia PhysX, running via Steam
Thought I'd create a new entry since others here are very old. The multithreaded rendering option in the launcher configuration, which is enabled by default, causes frequent but minor texture artifacting. However it improves framerates in gameplay by ~30%, and does not seem to persist throughout gameplay, but rather only on initial loading of a texture or model. *In the event that the Launcher.exe is patched in an update, the launcher will fail with a blue "Retry" button. The file will need to be replaced manually. I integrated a simple if statement in my launcher script to check for the Launcher.exe.tmp and replace the Launcher.exe, so I need only rerun the script when this happens. Frame rates vary widely between ~20-80, depending on environment. This is probably mostly a fault of the game itself, newer areas tend to be badly optimized at first and improve over time. Test configuration: Wine 1.7.13 32-bit Catalyst 14.3 beta i5-3570K @ 4.2Ghz, Radeon HD 7950, 16GB DDR3-1866 As of posting, Wine versions from 1.7.14 through the current wine-git cause unplayable stuttering and visual artifacting ranging from flickering to horizontal banding, related to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=35718 -- Wine 1.7.13 is recommended.
