What works

Everything I've tried so far works. Connecting to random squads, connecting to friends' squads, in-game trading, in-game purchases, etc. I've put in close to 80 hours since I've installed it on my Mint box. 

 Installation notes:

 I created a clean 32-bit Wine Prefix and installed Warframe to that:

WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=/path/to/warframe wineboot

Install some dependencies: 

WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=/path/to/warframe winetricks winxp d3dx9 d3dx10 xact hosts wininet winhttp corefonts fontfix

Setup the game through the .msi installer found on Warframe's website:

WINEARCH=win32 WINEPREFIX=/home/user/warframe wine msiexec /i /home/user/Downloads/Warframe.msi 

Do note that the "Checking for new content" takes a very long time when you first install the game. First installation test my system sat there for about an hour, but in a second test it took just under two hours. 

What does not

Two major bugs: 

1. Severe freezes. Doesn't happen often; maybe once per day/once every other day. The game causes my entire system to seize up for about 30 seconds. Nothing crashes, but the game times out and I'm thrown into a solo session (if I'm in a squad). 
2. Graphical bugs. Some textures don't load, and some take an extra 2 or 3 seconds before they pop in.

Additional Comments

My opinion: Despite the two major bugs, this game is perfectly playable. I'll be testing with a later version of Wine at some point, as I've heard 1.8 might help with bug #1. Fingers crossed.
